About the event
A festive gathering of betrayed partners where we'll be assembling "trigger kit" bags and writing cards for fellow partners who are new to therapy. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. After the event, Lisa will drop them off at therapy offices for anonymous distribution.
Trigger Kits - Items that engage the senses and help partners stay present during difficult situations.
SMELL: Calming roller scent
TOUCH: Squish ball to squeeze
SIGHT: Small frame for a photo that keeps them focused
TASTE: Tic Tacks
